Some of Dr. Charles’s remarkable work was as Head of the Hyper-velocity Acceleration Laboratory, wherein he did the research for NASA for his invention – ‘the hyper-velocity gun’. He is a serial innovator and has several patent-pending innovations, including BCI and AI-powered exoskeleton, a holistic system to access the mental, behavioral, and emotional well-being of an individual, and a system and method to provide consultation, checkup, and surgery to patients remotely.
Dr. Baker earned his medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He was inducted into the Medical School Honor Society Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and was among the top medical school graduates. He completed his neurosurgery residency and Complex Spine Fellowship at the University of Louisville and his Spine and Peripheral Nerve Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Sanjay has several innovations and achievements to his credit. He led his companies to be among Deloitte’s Fast 50 Company and Financial Times Fastest 1000 growing companies in Asia Award. He received a letter of commendation from Shri Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India in 1989, for his book on Computer Science for college students.
