Col. Richard Graham

He is an SR-71 pilot, author, speaker, aviation consultant, flight instructor, and safety team representative with the FAA. After receiving his US Air Force ROTC commission, he entered pilot training at Craig AFB, Alabama. In 1965, he graduated from pilot training and remained at Craig AFB as a T-37 instructor pilot and flight examiner.

Colonel Graham was selected to enter the SR-71 strategic reconnaissance program in 1974. Following Air War College in June of 1982, he was assigned to the Headquarters USAF (Pentagon) to work in Programs and Resources as a strategic force programmer.

He was also selected to work in the Office of the Air Force’s Assistant Secretary for Manpower, Reserve Affairs, and Installations. As the Director of Program Integration, he worked on Air Force budgetary matters closely with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Air Staff.

Dr. Charles Rodenberger

He is a top NASA scientist and a Professor Emeritus in Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University. He completed his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering.

Since then, he has enjoyed a host of positions in industrial research and academia, with senior research positions at the Meteoroid Protection Division of NASA, General Motors Defense Research Labs, Southwest Research Institute, Meiller Research Inc., and General Dynamics-Fort Worth, among other organizations.

Some of Dr. Charles’s remarkable work was as Head of the Hyper-velocity Acceleration Laboratory, wherein he did the research for NASA for his invention – ‘the hyper-velocity gun’. He is also famously known as a developer of sandwich structural concepts for meteoroid protection of spacecraft for NASA. He is listed in the prestigious

Dr. Abdul A. Baker (MD, FAANS)

Dr. Baker is a world-renowned Neurosurgeon of Emirati origin.

He is a serial innovator and has several patent-pending innovations, including BCI and AI-powered exoskeleton, a holistic system to access the mental, behavioral, and emotional well-being of an individual, and a system and method to provide consultation, checkup, and surgery to patients remotely.

Dr. Baker earned his medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He was inducted into the Medical School Honor Society Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and was among the top medical school graduates. He completed his neurosurgery residency and Complex Spine Fellowship at the University of Louisville and his Spine and Peripheral Nerve Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Baker is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. 

He uses the highest standard, a Minimally Invasive approach to treating patients with neurologic problems using all the clinical resources and cutting-edge technology available with the goal of providing compassionate yet comprehensive neurosurgical care for his patients.

Dr. Baker is deeply dedicated to his Neurosurgery practice and wishes to serve his community with humility and compassion.

Sanjay Soni

He is a serial entrepreneur and one of the pioneers of computer science and information technology in India. He is the founder of Izmo Limited, a publicly traded IT company, listed on the National Stock Exchange of India.

He also founded Si2 Microsystems, a leading Indian manufacturer of high-end electronics for space and defense applications, and Hughes Precision Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., India’s first manufacturer of military-caliber ammunition.

Mr. Sanjay has several innovations and achievements to his credit. He led his companies to be among Deloitte’s Fast 50 Company and Financial Times Fastest 1000 growing companies in Asia Award. He received a letter of commendation from Shri Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India in 1989, for his book on Computer Science for college students.

He is a Member of the Defense Advisory Committee – CII South India and a Member of the MSME Advisory Committee – FICCI South India. Mr. Sanjay is fond of mentoring students on topics like Startup, Business Management, and Growth Strategies.

M. Sameer Ahmed - Attorney at Law

Sameer received a B. S. in Biology from Southern Methodist University and worked in the legal department of Ernst & Young, LLP. He decided to attend law school and earn his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1997. After graduating, he moved to the small border town of McAllen, Texas, where he began his career as an attorney in 1998 and grew his practice by representing many physicians in their transactional matters.
Later, Sameer moved back to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex to establish The Ahmed Firm, PLLC. He now represents numerous local businesses, including hospitals, physician practices, transportation carriers and brokers, engineering groups, construction companies, and real estate developers in various transactional and litigation matters.

Hisham Ahmad - CMO

I am a 14-year-old freshman attending Brighter Horizons Academy in Garland, Texas. I have extensive experience with marketing, as I have been a part of various companies and mentorships. I graduated from the DiscoverStem program, allowing new doors to open up for me, and change the way I see things. The DiscoverStem program has also given me more experience with concepts such as patents, invention, and innovation, as well as inspiration to use these skills to help the world around us.

DiscoverSTEM founders Mirza Rizwan and Mirza Faizan have made history by becoming the first Indian to win the coveted George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedoms Foundation – USA.

Started in 1949 by former US President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Freedoms Foundation honors exceptional contributions of Americans towards communities in the USA. Generally reserved for the US citizens, the awarding organization made an exception to recognize the stellar research work and its impact of India’s Mr. Rizwan in designing and implementing a unique STEM & Innovation program for American children, thereby revolutionizing the education system in the USA.

Few of the other notable non-US citizens who have received George Washington Honor Medal include Ms. Margaret Thatcher (Former Prime Minister of United Kingdom), Lech Walesa (Former President of Poland and Noble Prize winner) and world-renowned Russian writer Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. As the latest recipients of this prestigious honor, Mirza brothers join historically acclaimed group of citizens whose work and dedication advance the American ideals, the award letter says.

Some of the distinguished US citizens who have received this award for their stellar contributions in their field are Walt Disney, Astronauts Sally Ride and John Glenn, Capt. Sully Sullenberger, Athletes like Arthur Ashe, George Foreman and Tiger Woods and famous US educator Jaime Escalante.
